The displayed number/names show how many depositors are waiting for 

a specific color or gender of a Brittany puppy from our current or upcoming litters. 

Answers to common questions we receive about our waitlist.

We suggest that if you are not locked in on a specific color or gender that you ask to be place on multiple lists, this will give you a better chance of adopting a puppy sooner, rather than later.

Sometimes, at first glance of our waitlist, you may think it is very long, but when you take a look you will see, the depositors' names are duplicated for several list. When you take this into consideration our list becomes much smaller.

Choosing is in order of deposits received. 

Example #1 has first pick of choosing and so on.

(Current waitlist only, future waitlist is not included if there are current litters. If you do not understand, please ask for clarification on this.)  

What is this future waitlist that 

I am seeing and what does it mean?!

Our Brittanys are in high demand, so we’ve updated our process to

 make it easier for potential depositors. We will only offer a future waitlist when we have current puppies on the ground.

Here’s the simple breakdown:

Current Waitlist:

Depositors who are ready to choose from the puppies 

we have available right now. 

Future Waitlist:

Depositors who are not ready to choose from the current litter(s). 

They will only move to the current waitlist once the current round of puppy selection(s) is completed. This ensures they don’t get moved to the end of the line for passing on a litter.  

Specific Litters

Can I request a puppy from a specific breeding?

You may request to choose a puppy from a specific litter, but you’ll still need to follow the established choosing order for that litter when whelped. 

*Keep in mind that this doesn’t guarantee you’ll get a pup from that litter, as it depends on the size of the litter and the genders available.*

(This is why the better alternative is to not base your choosing solely of breedings.)

Now, let's talk about what if...

If we do not meet your place in choosing, your 

deposit carries over to our next litter.

If you pass on your choosing, you will move to the end of the list in that category, the ones behind you will move up on the list.

Our waitlist can sometimes move very quickly, depending on our litter sizes.

What colors of Brittanys do we offer?

We produce orange & white and liver & white several times a year

*Tri-colors are rare for our kennel we generally only produce 1-2 per year

*Roans are only produced annually, one litter per year

Paws are indicative of colors we have yet to produce.

Effective July 2026

We will be increasing our prices;

 $1000 for Companion & Hunter

Breeding rights will increase to $2000 

At SRK, we believe health testing is one of the most important investments we can make in our breeding program. OFA certifications and genetic testing help us make responsible breeding decisions and give families confidence that we’re doing everything possible to produce healthy, happy Brittanys for generations to come. We’ll begin genetic testing on all our kennel line starting July 2026, and OFA testing will be completed on new dams and sires at two years of age. While we understand this may not matter to everyone, as responsible breeders, it matters deeply to us.
