Meet Your Breeder: Cynthia Fulton Owner & Adoption Coordinator

Hello, and welcome! I'm Cindi, and I have the privilege of helping families find their perfect Brittany companion or future hunting partner. I was born and raised in West Virginia and Pennsylvania. In 2018 I came to Tennessee and joined the Fulton family.

The two Brittanys pictured above are the reason my passion for this incredible breed began. Zira, my first SRK Brittany, joined my family in 2018, and Tucker followed in 2019. They forever changed my life and introduced me to the remarkable qualities that make Brittanys such extraordinary companions.

 Outside of the kennel, I am a licensed nurse, a wife, a mother, and a proud grandmother.  I am also an avid motorcyclist and love to travel on two wheels. My life's roles have shaped my compassion, patience, and attention to detail that I bring to every puppy and every family I meet. 

I began working alongside Charlie at the kennel in 2019. Over the next six years, Charlie generously shared his knowledge, experience, and passion for preserving the American  and French Brittany. He taught me the importance of responsible breeding, understanding pedigrees, recognizing temperament, and always putting the health and well-being of every dog first. His mentorship became one of the greatest blessings of my life. 

After spending three years watching Rosemary lovingly guide families through the adoption process, I assumed this role upon her retirement from the kennel. Rosemary taught me that bringing a puppy home is about far more than paperwork or choosing a puppy—it's about building relationships, educating new owners, and matching each Brittany with the family where they will thrive. Her kindness, patience, and genuine love for people and dogs continue to inspire the way I welcome every new SRK family. 

 Today, I am honored to carry forward the legacy of Stonesriver Kennel Brittanys alongside my husband who takes care of the daily kennel duties. My goal is to preserve the vision Charlie and Rosemary established over two decades ago while continually improving our breeding program through modern health practices, genetic testing, OFA evaluations, and a lifelong commitment to the breed we all love.

Every litter reminds me why I fell in love with Brittanys. Their intelligence, athleticism, affectionate nature, eagerness to please, and joyful personalities never cease to amaze me. I cherish every stage—from watching newborn puppies open their eyes for the first time to seeing them blossom into confident, loving companions ready to begin their next adventure.

The greatest reward is knowing that an SRK Brittany will become more than a pet. They become hiking partners, hunting companions, loyal family members, agility competitors, dock divers, childhood best friends, and faithful companions who leave paw prints on our hearts forever.
